Since the age of 14, when he made his debut on Chichester Hospital Radio, Lewis has had a passion for radio broadcasting. Lewis spent the early part of his career working in local commercial radio, where he became a drivetime presenter on UKRD station Eagle Radio and the breakfast show host of musical theatre radio station, Encore Radio. As a self-produced presenter, Lewis spent years developing new ideas in order to increase audience reach and hours and helped shape the stations he worked for with music scheduling and programming input. Freelance spells with Stray FM, Spirit FM and Spire FM followed. Lewis has gone on to work with the BBC, where he hosted an award-winning evening programme for BBC Surrey, which focused on mental health, before recording a number of investigative series, which proved hugely popular on BBC Sounds. Lewis has also worked as a radio journalist for Sky News Radio/IRN, talkSPORT and Global Radio, where he reported for LBC, Heart and Capital FM.
